When you find the item you want to purchase, you must add it to your shopping cart. It is just a virtual shopping cart that will contain all the added items. You can take a look at it at any time as you navigate the shop. This way you can check the price and delivery charges for the items that you have added to the shopping cart.

PURCHASING ITEMS
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, you have to click 'PURCHASE' and then enter your user name and password. If you are a new customer you have to obtain a customer account.
NOTICE: Obtaining a customer account does not oblige you to make a purchase.

In order to make any purchase in our shop you must have a customer account. In a customer account the following personal info is included:

USER NAME: You must select a name of your choice. This way the next time you visit our shop you will be able to make your purchase directly. It is advisable not to use any symbols, blank spaces, full stops, hyphens, dashes, bars, or special characters as "ñ".

E-MAIL: It is very important because after making a purchase you will receive an e-mail with a description in detail of your order. If your payment method is cash on delivery (C.O.D.) you must resend that e-mail. This is indispensable for your purchase to be validated.

ABOUT THE SECURE SERVER (SSL)
The sending of your credit card data will be done through secure server (SSL) in the payment section of the Banco Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain). This portal provides a secure system when communicating high confidential data .Secure information means that all the information supplied, such as the credit card number, is coded in a way that nobody can read it or intercept it. The certificate is a document that guarantees security in this web. A certificate contains information about the authenticity of the site. ABOUT VIDEO / DVD
All videotapes are VHS format PAL system. This video system is valid for all the European countries. In America they can be played in those countries with that standard video system such as Argentina, Uruguay or Brazil.
The PAL system is not compatible with the NTSC system and therefore, it can´t be played in those countries where the standard in video is the NTSC system, for example : United States, Mexico or Venezuela.
You must have a multifunctional player (NTSC/PAL) in order to play a PAL video in a country with NTSC video standard. In many cases you will also need a multifunctional television. So, if you live in a country with NTSC video standard, you must first check that your video player can play a PAL videotape before making the purchase because no refunds or changes will be made for this reason.
All DVD's are manufactured for zone 2 (Europe ,Japan, South Africa and Near East including Egypt), and PAL system, except when indicated.
In the same way as with VHS video tape, in order to play a PAL DVD in a country with NTSC standard it is necessary to have a multifunction player (NTSC/PAL), most recent players are equipped (but not all) and in most cases you will also need a multifunction television.
As for DVD zones, if the zone where you live is not Zone 2 (Europe, Japan, South Africa and Near East including Egypt), it is very important that you check that your DVD player is multi zone, otherwise you won't be able to play it.
For example , if you live in US (NTSC television standard and DVD Zone 1) you must check that your DVD player can play a PAL system DVD and Zone 2 before making your purchase because no refunds or changes will be made for this reason.
